Novelette P Bowen

Founder/Executive Director

Novelette is the Founder,  Executive director of Ruby’s Foster Village, Inc.She has an impressive 30 years career in the field of human service , she supervised and work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities ,geriatric population and mentally ill adults in residential setting . Ms.Bowen received her masters in Human Service from Lincoln University.She is the primary caregiver for her son who is developmental disabled. She also Volunteer as a Chair leader for foster treatment home parents.

Carla Brown

Carla work as a case manger providing intensive case management services for individuals with mental illness. A caregiver for children in foster care and a office administrator for Bella medical care. She is the founder and Director for Carl’s Educational Center a after school enrichment program. She volunteers as a soccer mom for her son’s soccer team. Carla hold a Masters in Education from Queens College in New York. 

Garfield Davidson

Garfield served as a youth mentor at Youth Build Providence and does volunteer work for various civic organizations, and is a board member at College Vision. He is a licensed agent. He has 13 years experience in selling life, health, auto and home insurance. Garfield holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Biology. From Brown University (RI).

Deen Blasse

Deen works with people that have developmental disabilities in their homes, community and in group homes she provides direct care to the elderly. A Sunday school teacher at her church and volunteer as a soccer coach for the Willingboro girls soccer team. Deen received her Associate Degree in Aviation from Mercer Community College in Trenton. 

Portia Brown

Portia is a Certified nursing Assistant. She currently work as a business manager for a small company, and find the time to be a caregiver to her younger brother who is developmentally disabled and is an amazing mother to her sons.
